When you request quotes we collect the details you enter in our forms — typically your ZIP code, name, email address, phone number, and basic project information such as the number and type of windows you're replacing. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, device type, pages visited) through our analytics and hosting providers.

  • Match you with up to four vetted local window replacement companies.
  • Send quote information, project follow-ups, and related educational content.
  • Improve our buying guides, cost data, and matching quality.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.

3. Sharing with installers

We share the contact and project details you submit with the local installers we match you to so they can prepare a quote and reach out. Installers agree to use your information only for that purpose. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

4. Calls, texts, and consent

By submitting our quote form, you agree that Windows San Diego and the matched installers may contact you at the phone number you provided — including by autodialer, prerecorded message, and SMS — regarding your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
